What We Do Differently
Gym Class is a Strength Training Class. This means compound weight lifting exercises with relatively heavy loads, for moderately low rep ranges and longer rest periods. We don't just want you just huffing and puffing, but to train heavy enough to trigger adaptations in strength and muscle size.
If you are new to heavy free weight strength training this can sound intimidating, but we intentionally keep our classes small with a coach to client ratio of no more than 1 Coach - 6 Clients. Allowing our coaches to work hands on with each member to ensure safety, proper intensity, and ultimately better progress.
